作品描述

The photo I used for this painting was taken on a lovely walk in my husband’s hometown in 江西. At the time it was so nice to walk beside the river where there were no other people and listen to the wind blowing in the high grass with the cold air on my cheeks. The pathway home was a beautiful dirt path through the dry grass of winter with the village and mountains in the background. Later the fields were used to grow passionfruit instead, and walking through them never had quite the same feeling again.

我画这幅画所用的照片是在我丈夫在江西的家乡散步时拍的。 那个时候走在没有其他人的河边，听风吹过高高的草丛，凉风拂过脸颊，真是令人惬意。 回家的路是一条美丽的泥土路，路旁是冬天的干草，背景是村庄和山脉。 后来这些田地被用来种植百香果，再也没有当时那样惬意的感觉。
