做自己，是不需要勇气的。

一个土豆，土豆，一只乌龟，乌龟。一个土豆，想做苹果，一只乌龟，想做骆驼? ，大概需要勇气和长久的演变。就做土豆，就做乌龟，也需要勇气吗？

你是一棵树，一束花，一株草？哪里是你的森林，草原和田地？

The key is the heart, your heart. The key is to listen, really listen, in darkness, in silence..
When connect with the core of who you are,  courage is not even relevant there, authenticity comes forward and the real you comes into focus.

Courage is for outsiders, and those who are lost and seeking.  Authenticity is for the real you. 

We want to be insiders. Go inside the darkness, embrace the other side of the so-called courage. When there is truth and only truth, then what is that courage you are talking about?

If you dare, drop all covers, be authentic, and, be vulnerable..
The more authentic you are, the less courage you need.

Authenticity is a path.
Walk the path, when you find your forest, then you could just sing, dance and even fly..
