作品描述

This painting is done in acrylic paint on canvas. It is the first time going for a somewhat larger size with the Mind Map Series. In this painting I had to do a lot of exploration and reworking to find the right balance. For these Mind Map compositions, the rectangle is often more challenging than the square format. But I find that the more exploration and reworking I do, the more interesting the painting surface becomes as it bears the traces of my process, adding richness to the picture.
